Visalia Police arrested Roger Kelly over the weekend. Kelly is accused of making threats against another driver and even brandishing a handgun. Visalia Police say Kelly made threats to the driver when he cut him off on the road.
Kelly was a longtime coach at the College of the Sequoias and at Redwood High School. Kelly could face criminal charges for the incident.
Visalia police arrested Kelly but he was released on bail.
