Taliban announces start of annual Afghan offensive
President Obama is headed back to Washington D.C. After a surprise address from Afghanistan. The president also signed an agreement with Afghanistan to hand off security by the end of 2014. Just hours after the president left, a series of explosions rocked the region and the Taliban warned of attacks in Afghanistan tomorrow.

An Exeter police officer who went undercover and posed as student looking for drugs told parents last night that drugs are a big problem on their campus. The officer said some of the students he saw were clearly high in the classroom.
