The final day of the NATO summit in Chicago is underway. New this morning, President Obama announced U.S. troops would be out of Afghanistan by 2014. Meantime, Chicago Police are bracing for more protests. Dozens were arrested when protests turned violent yesterday. Police say an anti-war protestor stabbed one officer in the leg.

Lemoore fire burns 10 acres, destroys home
One family lost their home when a grass fire near the Lemoore Golf Course spread to a neighborhood. No injuries reported and no word yet on what started the fire.
Report: Diabetes risk increases for young people
More young people are getting diabetes or are at risk for getting the disease. The journal Pediatrics reports juvenile diabetes cases more than doubled from 9 to 23 percent from 1999 to 2008. Poor diets are the number one reason for the rise.
