Shooting outside McDonald's in Central Fresno
Fresno Police are looking for the gunman who fired shots outside a McDonald's restaurant in Central Fresno. One man was hit in the leg and the restaurant was put on lock down. Police say two groups of men were fighting, moments later someone fired several shots toward the restaurant. Police say the shooting was gang related.

Suspect dressed as police officer in home invasion
Fresno Police are looking for the man who posed as a police officer and held an elderly couple at gunpoint during a late night home invasion. Police say the man tried to fight the "fake cop" and was injured. The suspect was wearing a police cap and shirt with a badge.

Etan Patz: Suspect Implicated in Boy's Death
New York City police say they have a man who may have implicated himself in the disappearance of the first child featured on a milk carton. Etan Patz, 6, went missing in 1979 as he walked from his Manhattan home to a school bus stop. Today police plan to release new information about the man in custody.

Fire Reported on Nuke-Powered Sub
A fire on a nuclear-powered submarine at a shipyard in Maine injured seven people, including five firefighters. Investigators say the fire started in compartment area. The sub's reactor wasn't operating at the time and was not affected. No weapons were on board. The cause is under investigation.

Obama visits Bay Area for multiple fundraisers - KGO-TV
President Obama is in California this morning. The president will hold a campaign event in San Jose later today before heading to Iowa. The visit comes on the same day as a new poll shows the president gaining ground over Mitt Romney in several battleground states.
