Homeland Security and the Clovis Police Department arrested Satragni on Friday after a three month long investigation. He is accused of possessing over 40 child sexual abuse videos.
During the investigation, Homeland Security Investigators identified Satragni as a possible suspect. Clovis Police and Homeland Security say a search warrant was served on Satragni's home in January.
Police say investigators took special note that Satragni lived across the street from Cedarwood Elementary School in Clovis -- although they do not believe any crimes were related to the school.
The Clovis Police Department says they are not looking for any further victims.
