Murder charges were filed against a Fresno man accused of killing another man who was trying to help him.
/*Don Anderson*/, 56, was handcuffed and taken into custody last week outside a Rite-Aid store in Central Fresno.
Police say Anderson killed /*Michael Weisser*/ and then kidnapped his wife, before releasing her in Selma.
Anderson was homeless and the couple took him in without knowing his criminal past. He's been charged with one count of murder and other counts of kidnapping.
He's expected to be arraigned Tuesday.
