The Santa Barbara News-Press says 30-year-old /*Jerry Providence Bonhomme*/ was arrested on July 3 and is charged with rape by use of drugs, assault and other sex, drug and burglary counts.
He remains jailed pending a July 19 court appearance.
Investigators say two victims came forward after publicity about Bonhomme's initial arrest for the February rape of a woman who met him at a bar and went home with him.
Another woman says she was raped by Bonhomme in December and a third says he raped her in 2009. All of them say they woke up with Bonhomme sexually assaulting them.
