Spokane, Washington police say /*Troy Baumgardner*/ broke into several stores since May.
Authorities arrested Baumgardner after discovering stolen property worth $200 thousand at his house. They say that's the largest bust in the city's history.
Baumgardner has a lengthy criminal history here in Fresno. In 2010, he was convicted of setting a Perko's restaurant on fire after stealing money from the safe in 2008.
