Fresno organization's buses back on the road

FRESNO, Calif.

The vehicles transport 120 disabled students to and from the center in Northeast Fresno every day.

The agency says an anonymous donor paid for the cost of new tires, the tow service was also donated and members of the community came together to help cover the loss of income from a number of students being out for the day.

"We always seek donors, always seek help because there's never enough money to go around and this has allowed people to rally and say you know what, we don't like what happened and we want to express our support for your organization and I am so grateful. Once again Fresno comes through. We're thrilled to death," UCP Executive Director Jeffrey Snyder said.

UCP says it would like to install a surveillance system to prevent this from happening again.
