"Cultivating Civilization" is now on display at the Manchester Center, on the interior wall of the mall, directly across from the FAX station.
The display features an aerial image of Fresno, and measures out to be 23 feet tall and 170 feet long.
Ramiro Martinez, the local artist behind the project, has lived here his whole life and says he's happy to give back to the community.
Manchester Center was chosen as the site for this display because it was the first regional mall in Fresno. Shopping center officials say it's a great opportunity to showcase the arts in Fresno.
The largest mural in Fresno is at the Veteran's building, downtown.
