It happened at the Visalia Community Bank in the area of Dinuba and Ferguson around 12:30.
Police say the two men walked into the bank wearing women's clothing, and one of the suspects was armed with a gun.
No customers were inside the bank when it happened, and no bank employees were injured during the incident.
It's unknown how much money the two men took off with.
