Sheriff's deputies say they found the body of what appears to be a Hispanic man near Manning and Hayes at around 9 p.m. Friday.
Homicide detectives spent the night investigating the circumstances of the man's death.
It started as a call about a man down.
When deputies arrived at the scene, they found a body inside a horse corral, along with a couple of firearms nearby.
