Federal regulators are seeking information from an Indiana cantaloupe farm linked to a deadly salmonella outbreak.

The FDA is pressing "Chamberlain Farms" for details to see what kind of steps they took to address unsanitary conditions inspectors found last summer.

Federal regulators launched an investigation after the start of a salmonella outbreak that killed three people and sickened more than 200 all over the country.
