It happened last Thursday. Take a look at the surveillance picture from the store. Police say two visitors from China were shopping at the WinCo on Peach Avenue.
The two suspects took the unattended shopping cart to a nearby isle, and then took the backpack and left the store.
Inside the backpack, was $10,000.00 and two passports.
