Friends saw her leaving with an adult male whom she identified as "her real dad".
The pair drove away in a black 2000 Dodge Dakota with the license plate number 6J41215.
The man is now identified as 32-year-old Antonio Victor Ruiz. He's about 5 feet, 4 inches tall and 160 pounds. Ruiz has short brown hair with a goatee and mustache.
Family members believe he and Imelda may be in the Fresno area.
