Fresno Police worked to get the man to surrender for several hours.
Officers say they got a call about someone shooting a gun in the area. When they showed up, they detained two men. Officers tried to get the third and final suspect, who was believed to be armed to turn himself in, but left the scene about 4:45 a.m. Wednesday without making an arrest.
