Police were trying to track down a man named Dominique Lane. He apparently borrowed his friend's car and did not return it.
Turns out, Lane has two outstanding felony warrants. He barricaded himself inside the apartment along with three women and six children. Officers were eventually able to free all of the hostages,
Lane did not have a weapon. He surrendered to police just before 5:00 p.m., and is now in custody.
