The arrests happened at the University Village Apartments on Barstow and 10th. That's right across the street from Bulldog Stadium.
Several college students had their apartments cleaned out while they slept Wednesday night.
Luisa Acosta and Caitlin Rice said they were sleeping when their TV, DVD, and laptop were stolen from the main living area.
Police say an alert security guard helped solve the crime by questioning the thieves as they carried out the valuable items.
