Authorities identified the victim today as Manuel Alves. Police found his body inside this home on Juliet and Denair Friday morning. They say he was assaulted and died from his injuries.
Early Saturday morning the Tulare SWAT team searched a home on the same street, and arrested 18-year-old Christopher Long. He is charged as an accessory to murder.
Investigators then went to a home just one block away on Oakland and arrested 19-year-old Brandon Mcduffie. He was charged with murder.
