The shooting happened around 11:30 p.m. Sunday in the area of Santa Clara and B Street.
Police say the victim was with a friend when another group approached them. That's when some kind of fight broke out and someone opened fire.
Police say the man who opened fire is a teenager between 16 and 18 years old. There is no word on the condition of the victim.
