Two drivers got into an argument near the Shell gas station at Parkway and Highway 99. Witnesses say that started a car chase that ended near Valentine and Ashlan. Officers say one driver started firing shots at the other car, hitting a man inside in the upper body.
The victim is now at the hospital. There is no word on his condition. Three other women in the car were not hurt.
Investigators say the suspect took off in a 2007 white Toyota Camry.
