"Birdy's Families in Motion" hosted this Fun and Fit expo at Valdez hall in Downtown Fresno Friday. The expo included an activity zone with everything from human bowling to race car simulators, and even a mechanical bull.
Visitors also enjoyed karate demonstrations and dance performances. Organizers say the goal is to show parents all the Valley has to offer to enrich their children's lives.
