UPDATE: The Porterville Police Department is reporting that Lucy Fabela Flemate has been found

Authorities say Flemate suffers from Alzheimer's disease as well as other medical conditions. They say she may be in need of immediate medical attention.
Mrs. Flemate is described as a Hispanic female adult, 4'11", 126 pounds with short brown hair and brown eyes, last seen wearing a green shirt, gray pants, red socks and sandals.
