Hannah Anderson was with her father at a community fundraiser for her family. They were in the San Diego suburb of Lakeside Thursday evening. The community there is holding the fundraiser at a restaurant.
Video from that location shows Hannah walking into the Boll Weevil with her family. She did not speak to reporters, but her father, Brett Anderson, says they went to the event to thank the community for its support during their tragic ordeal.
Her family said Hannah is just trying to get her life back and return back to be an average 16-year-old girl.
Hannah's mother and 8-year-old brother were found dead in their burning home in the San Diego area nearly two weeks ago. Hannah was missing for nearly a week until several campers spotted her with her suspected kidnapper James DiMaggio.
The money raised from Thursday's fundraiser will help cover funeral expenses for Hannah's mother and brother.
