Officers say 25-year-olds Daniel Rozadilla and Raziel Cruz beat Cervantez to unconsciousness. Police officers also say Kevin Ramirez, 22, is suspected of shooting and killing Cervantez. The three men were all arrested Thursday.
Police say it is not the first time they have had problems at Nick's Bar. Officers were at the scene of the crime just hours before the shooting happened. Bar owners say the problem lies with the neighborhood that surrounds the business.
