The Bay Area fire back on May 4th killed five women, including two from the Valley when they became trapped in the burning limo on the San Mateo Bridge.

No criminal charges were filed.

The limo's driver became the focus in the investigation, after his wife said the two were arguing on the phone before the fire. Phone records show that was not the case.

The lawsuit names several companies as the defendants, including the Ford motor company and the company who owned the limousine.
