ABC's Amy Robach reveals breast cancer diagnosis

ABC News correspondent Amy Robach announced Monday morning that she was diagnosed with breast cancer after a mammogram that was broadcast live on Good Morning America.

After Amy Robach had her first mammogram in front of millions of people live on GMA, she said a few weeks later she found out she had breast cancer.

In an ABC News article, Robach said she will undergo surgery on November 14th for a bilateral mastectomy followed by reconstructive surgery.

Robach said her doctors told her: "That mammogram just saved your life."
