Investigators say Davoyan assaulted /*Nick Burriel Jr. Burriel*/. Burriel recently came out of a coma but remains hospitalized.
Police said Burriel and Davoyan know each other and the fight occurred because of a prior disturbance between them. Officers found Nick Burriel severely beaten in the parking lot.
Davoyan was arrested two weeks ago and released after posting bail.
