Madera Togo's employee burglarizes his own restaurant

A Madera Togo's employee is in jail and accused of breaking into his own restaurant and stealing hundreds of dollars.

Madera police say the suspect works at Togo's sandwich shop on Cleveland Avenue. Detectives showed the video to his co-workers who quickly recognized his mannerisms.

Officers arrested 32-year-old Luis Sosa and searched his home. They found $800 in cash a pry bar and disguise used in the burglary.

Sosa was booked into the Madera County Jail and Action News was told he has been fired.
