In the slow cooker add:
2 chicken breasts
1 1/2 cup Salsa
1/4 cup Chopped fresh cilantro
1/4 cup taco seasoning
Juice from 1/2 a Lime (3 TB)
- Cook on low for 6 hours
- Shred when still hot
Serve as a burrito filling, over chips for nachos, on a salad or over rice Enjoy!
