Visalia police say Israel Villarreal, 49, had sexual conversations with a 10-year-old boy using a live video chat phone.
The Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force first started its investigation into Villarreal back in December. A search warrant served on Thursday revealed enough evidence to take the suspect into custody. He faces charges of annoying, molesting, and exploiting children.
