Easter Brunch recipe

FRESNO, Calif.

Chicken Salad Recipe:

  • 1 Whole Rotisserie Chicken
  • 2 cups Grapes, sliced in half
  • 2 Celery Stalks, Chopped
  • 1/2 cup Sour Cream
  • 1/4-1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • Juice from 1/2 Lemon
  • 1 TB Brown Sugar
  • Salt & Pepper to Taste

Shred Cooked Chicken and Combine with Grapes, celery, & slivered Almonds (Optional).

In a separate bowl: Combine Sour Cream, mayo, lemon juice, brown sugar, & S&P until well blended. Pour over Chicken Mixture and Enjoy!
