Daniel Cardenas is accused of killing Manuel Murillo. The 29-year-old is wanted for murder, attempted murder and gang enhancements.
Officers found the 23-year-old victim suffering from a gunshot wound near Normal and Mayfair in Central Fresno on March 29. He later died from his injuries. Detectives believe the crime was gang-related.
A $1,000 reward is being offered for anyone with information that leads to Cardenas' arrest.
