Madera police arrested Gina Gamboa, 21, around 11:50 p.m. in the 800 block of West Yosemite Avenue. They say her blood-alcohol content was nearly three times the legal limit.
Gamboa is accused of crashing into the car so hard that it flipped onto its roof. Fortunately, no one was inside the parked sedan at the time.
Officers say this was their fourth DUI arrest of the night.
