Overturned beer truck causes havoc during morning commute

FRESNO, Calif.

The California Highway Patrol said the big rig overturned on Southbound 41, near Jensen avenue, in Southwest Fresno at 5:30 a.m. Tuesday. It is unclear what caused the truck to lose control and end up on its side.

The fast lane of 41 was closed until 7:15 a.m Tuesday, and the rest of the closures opened back up just before 10 a.m. Beer cans and beer could be seen all over the highway.

Officers said the driver and no others were injured in the crash.
