Merced police arrested Michael Janes and Adrian Delgado on Friday night. Both men are 23 years old.
Janes is accused of firing from the passenger seat of a Honda accord toward a group of people at Juneau Court near Bismark Drive. One victim was shot in the upper body but is expected to survive.
Detectives say Janes and Delgado then sped away, but information from witnesses and evidence collected at the scene helped police find both suspects.
