Crash involving semi truck causing traffic delays in Tulare County

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- An accident involving a big rig is slowing traffic down in the South Valley.

Caltrans says a semi-truck got in a collision on southbound Highway 99 at Avenue 184.

Traffic headed southbound is currently reduced to just one open lane as crews clean up the scene and work to reopen the entire roadway.
