CREAM celebrates grand opening in Northeast Fresno with free ice cream sandwiches

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- A new ice cream shop has opened its doors in Northeast Fresno. CREAM celebrated the grand opening of its newest location at Cedar and Barstow avenues on Saturday by giving away hand-scooped ice cream sandwiches made with fresh cookies.

Visitors were able to customize their dessert by choosing from more than 20 different flavors of ice cream and have it rolled in sprinkles, candies, even gummy bears. CREAM planned to offer the free sandwiches until midnight.
