Starbucks opens first store with all employees fluent in American Sign Language

Starbucks opened a new store where every employee is fluent in American Sign Language.

It's a first for the coffee chain in the U.S.

The signing store is in Washington, D.C.

All employees are proficient in American Sign Language whether they are deaf, hard of hearing or they can hear.

Starbucks says it's their way of having an inclusive environment and bringing communities together.
