Holiday surprise for laid off employees from Tulare Regional Medical Center

TULARE, Calif. (KFSN) -- For the first time since closing its doors in October, Tulare Regional Medical Center's lobby was filled with families.

Through community engagement and the help of Tipper T-Bull, the Tulare Hospital Foundation was able to provide hundreds of gifts and thousands of dollars in monetary donations for families impacted by the closure of the hospital.
