Have you made plans for the weekend yet? If not, we have a few ideas for your consideration.

Fresno, Calif. (KFSN) -- Visalia Waiters Race

Trays and glasses will fly in the South Valley for the annual Waiters Race in Visalia, Thursday night--more than 70 servers are registered for the annual competition, which features four divisions. For each race, servers will have to balance various items on a serving tray-- on a 400 yard course. The winners in each division take home $1,000 each! Families are invited to cheer participants on. The fun begins with a parade, at 5:15 p.m. -- which starts at Main and Court streets.

Wine Walk

Fig Garden Village is hosting its annual Wine Walk, Thursday night-- more than 20 wineries and several local breweries are serving tastings at the seventh annual Wine Walk. 100 percent of the proceeds go towards Habitat for Humanity. Restaurants in the shopping center will be open, providing food pairing, and live entertainment is being provided for visitors. Wine Walk runs from 5 to 8 p.m. Tickets are $30.

Tacos, Brews and Jams

Tacos, Brews, and Jams is also on Thursday night, and has something new for Valley families. Along with three taco trucks, guests will get to enjoy two live bands, gourmet ice pops, and a retro video game station. This event is free and open to all ages. It's held at the Downtown Fresno Tioga Sequoia, 5 to 10 p.m.

Visalia Home Expo

The 16th annual Visalia Home Expo is meant to help Valley families get their homes ready for fall. Its being held at the Visalia Convention Center from Friday through Sunday. Hundreds of exhibits will showcase everything from storage solutions, to remodeling, and refinishing furniture. Hours vary depending on the day. Ticket prices range from $3 to $7.

Smokey Bear Run/Walk

The Smokey Bear Run/Walk is celebrating its 30th year this weekend. Races are designed for all ages and fitness levels and include a two mile and 10k course. Registration is open until the day of the race. First race begins at 7:40. All the action begins at recreation point at bass lake.

Antiques Fair

About 100 vendors will be a part of the Antiques Fair takeover in Old Town Clovis this Sunday. Parking and admission to this event are free. Guests will be able to purchase food from various vendors. The event is being held from eight to four p-m.

Janet Jackson Concert

Janet Jackson's state of the world tour-- includes a Fresno stop. Her show-- at the Save Mart Center is at 8 p.m. this Sunday and tickets are still available.
