Have you made plans for the weekend yet? If not, we have a few ideas for your consideration.

Jo Koy at Saroyan Theatre

Jo Koy is returning to the Central Valley. The comedian is in the middle of a tour called 'Break the Mold' and released a new special on Netflix within the past year. Koy was last in the Valley last year. His show, on Friday night at the Saroyan Theater is at 7 p.m. Ticket prices start at $41.

Fulton 55 Anniversary

Fulton 55 is celebrating its seventh anniversary with a weekend of events. The fun begins on Friday night, with a live performance from local favorites: 40 Watt Hype. Saturday night's Jurassic Rock Jam features some local rock performers. It also doubles as a fundraiser for a young boy who suffers from a rare connective tissue disease.

2nd Local Women's March

The second local Women's March in Fresno is on Saturday. Several speakers are kicking off the event at scheduled to be a part of the rally, including activist Dolores Huerta and Robin McGehee, local LGBTQ activist. The march begins at noon at Nees and Fresno and takes marchers down Nees, towards Blackstone. This is an event open to anyone who stands for women's rights, human rights, and civil liberties.

Ohana Comic Con

Ohana Comic-Con is a family friendly event uniting people to share a love for comics, collectibles and pop culture. You can catch some of your favorite superheroes there as well this year featured cos-player is Deadpool-Fresno. The Fresno-Clovis Comic Con will be at the Ramada Inn Hotel off of Shaw this Sunday and it starts at 11 a.m. Tickets are $5 if you pre-purchase them and $6 at the door. Kids under the age of 12 get in free. You can purchase your tickets right now at Wonderland Comics in the Tower District.
