A conservation group will pay for you to change your Black Friday plans

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- A conservation group is willing to pay for you to change your Black Friday plans.

The Save the Redwoods League, a group that works to protect and restore California's redwood forests, wants families to visit a Redwood State Park the day after Thanksgiving, instead of spending the day in retail stores.

They group said it will pay for your passes to any of the 49 participating California Redwood State Parks.
