Crews battled fire at former Central Fresno nightclub

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- An investigation is underway after a former Fresno nightclub caught fire again overnight in Central Fresno.

The fire was first reported shortly after three Friday morning at what used to be the express on Blackstone and Bremer off Highway 180. The old club has been set on fire several times in the past, the most recent was just this last October.

No word on whether the fire started in or outside the building. Fire crews were able to put it out quickly.
