Diesel spill on Highway 41 causing road closure

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- Madera CHP says a Diesel spill on Highway 41 south of Road 406 prompted a road closure.

A lumber hauler veered off the road for unknown reasons and about 60 gallons of fuel was leaked.

Environmental health specialists were called to the scene of the spill.

The road will be closed for at least a couple of hours for cleanup.

There's no estimate of when it will reopen.
