Bryan is an engineering student and one of 10 finalists in PG&E's Bright Minds scholarship program. Each year, 10 students in PG&E's service territory are awarded scholarships to complete their college degrees. An additional 90 program finalists will receive $2,000 toward their studies to cover undergraduate expenses.
