New Blast & Brew restaurant in the Valley

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- A new Valley restaurant lets you call the shots when ordering your pizza and beer.

Blast & Brew focuses on self-pour craft beer and food customized just the way you want it.

It opened three weeks ago on Pollasky Avenue in Downtown Clovis.

The fast-casual restaurant offers artisanal pizzas along with other customizable food options like sandwiches, salads, and appetizers.

You also have a choice of more than 30 local and regional craft brews that you can pour yourself, or let the staff help you choose the one that best pairs with your meal.

"We have what we call our tap-appetizer selection, pretzel, pear that we have on tap. Everything we do make in-house," said Blast & Brew Manager Dallas Lee.

Blast & Brew is a franchise with plans to open twelve restaurants in the Valley and Central Coast.
