FRESNO COUNTY (KFSN) -- A Fresno County family is looking for a new place to stay after an early morning fire destroyed their home. The fire was reported at about four a.m. on Peach near Lincoln, just south of Fresno.

Firefighters said when they arrived the flames had fully engulfed the double-wide mobile home.

Ryan Michaels, with Fresno County Fire, said, "It consumed most of the residential home. It had extended into multiple vehicles, sheds, and outbuildings behind the structure. There were several residential structures that were also threatened behind."

Authorities said the family inside got out safely and firefighters kept the flames from spreading to nearby structures.

The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
