Fresno opens splash parks for the summer
If you're looking for a fun way to keep your kids cool, the City of Fresno has now opened its splash parks.

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- If you're looking for a fun way to keep your kids cool, the City of Fresno has now opened its splash parks.

Several families were already enjoying the water at Todd Beamer Park on Saturday. The parks will be open daily through mid-October from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. -- except on Tuesdays when they'll open at noon instead.

The amenities include misters, cascades, and other water features -- all for free!

Officials say the parks use reclaimed water that will not be a drain on the city's water supply.
