4th of July JELL-O shots
It's the Friday before the Fourth of July so this morning we're getting patriotic with JELL-O.

We're getting patriotic with JELL-O.

Blue Layer:

1 box of Berry Blue JELL-O

2 cups water

1 cup Vodka (optional)

White Layer:

1/2 can Sweetened Condensed Milk

1/2 cup sugar

1/2 cup White Chocolate Liqueur (optional)

3 packets Knox Gelatin

1 cup of water

Red Layer

Strawberry or Cherry JELL-O

2 cups water

1 cup Vodka (optional)

Directions:

1. Prepare Blue JELL-O according to package directions (substitute in 1 cup of preferred liquor for an adult beverage). Fill shot glass 1/3 full. Place glass in muffin tin so glasses are at an angle. Place the muffin tray in the fridge to quick set the jello for at least 30 minutes.

2. White layer: In a saucepan bring 1 cup water to boil, stir in sugar and sweetened condensed milk until well combined. Remove from heat. In a separate bowl stir White Chocolate Liqueur (or 1/2 cup water for non-alcoholic version) with 3 packets of gelatin until dissolved. Pour into cooled milk mixture and stir until combined. Pour into shot glasses until 2/3 full. Keep glasses upright and place tray back into fridge to set for 30 minutes.

3. Prepare Red JELL-O according to package directions. Top the glass with Red mixture and put back into the fridge until set.

Serve cold and enjoy!
